Fairy Tail OC - Lyall Bluereaver

Finally put this one together, my first Fairy Tail OC. I think the hardest part was coming up with a cool-sounding surname (which most of the characters of the series have). Meh, pity that my cellphone ended up blurrying the Fairy Tail mark. Might as well put some additional data:

Well, took me longer than I thought, but now, here's the description of his magic:

Light Force Magic: The wielder makes use of the light element for offensive and defensive . Unlike traditional light magic, the light they generate can become solid and tangible if the user requires it. It's greatly fueled by strong positive emotions, such as the determination to protect a loved one. Conversely, it can be undermined by fear or doubts.

Light Force – Barrier: Generates a solid light shield for defense. It can create a wall of light to block attacks in a single direction (stronger but leaves the user open to be attacked from other sides), or a sphere with a limited ratio over all directions (covers up every angle but is relatively weaker). Aside from defense, it can also be used for containment.

Light Force – Buster Cannon: Primary offensive technique. Attacks with a powerful light beam fired from the palm. Unlike other similar attacks, the beam can hit like a solid object, thus making it more dangerous.

Light Force – Twin Buster Cannon: Similar to the previous one, but with both hands. Impact force greatly increases with the combined power of both beams.

Light Force – Reflect Buster: Counterattack technique combining Barrier and Buster Cannon. The user waits until the last second to create a shield that absorbs the enemy attack, and uses its energy to fire a Buster Cannon with twice the power of the original attack. However, it has a limit on how much energy it can absorb, and it's useless against physical attacks.

Light Force – Shinning Rain: Fires out a light sphere towards the sky, which then explodes and causes a rain of darts all over the nearby area.

Light Force – Flash Bomb: Concentrates light energy between both hands to form a large sphere and then throw it towards the enemy. It explodes upon impact causing a flashing effect, which can be used to cover the retreat if needed.

Light Force – Flash Gaizer: Focuses light energy in the fist, and then punches the ground, generating a large pillar of light around. It has effect area in a 5-meter ratio on the ground, but the pillar itself can go a lot higher, thus it has a great vertical reach.

Light Force – Gauntlet: Focuses solid light energy around the hand and forearm, creating a gauntlet of sorts. Increases punch impact, and acts at the same time as protection. Advanced users can focus the energy in other body parts, such as the legs to increase the kicking power, or even create a full-body armor once the maximum level is reached.

Light Force – Dash Burst: Basically it's a Buster Cannon launched with the feet. While it can be used to attack, its true purpose is giving the user a small speed boost with a little light energy burst. If used in the air, the impulse allows them to perform a double jump to reach greater height or distance.

Light Force – Power Burst: The user enters a state that removes the normal physical limitations, exponentially increasing strength, speed and endurance, as well as giving a major boost to the magical attacks. While it's active, the user emits an luminous aura, the hair waves upwards and the eyes glow. Using it causes an almost constant magical energy consumption, and the aftermath is a total exhaustion if used for too long. Trying to force it beyond the normal limit can potentially shorten the user's life or even kill them.

Light Force – Twin Dream: The user creates a clone made of solid light which can be used to attack the enemy. In normal level, the clone simply follows the users' movements, but in advanced level, the user can remain still and control the clone to make it move independently. The clone dissipates after some time, or if it sustains heavy damage.

Equipment:

Bringer Sword: A sword powered by a special lacrima that channels the wielder's magical power to the blade, giving it different properties according to the elemental affinity. It can be used in combat like a regular sword, but its true power resides it responds to the wielder's will if they don't want to use deadly force. Instead of harming physically, it “damages” the opponent's magical power, thus preventing them from properly using it, by suppressing it or even sealing it away. By uttering the command "Sword, bring forth the light" it powers up with the light force, gaining the capacity to cut just about anything except certain magical reinforced materials and energy barriers. It can also fire crescent-moon-shaped blades to attack from a distance, and repel some magical projectiles.

Por fin terminé esto, mi primer OC de Fairy Tail. Creo que lo que más me costó fue pensar en un apellido que sonara cool (cosa que casi todos los personajes de la serie tienen). Meh, que lástima que el teléfono hizo que me saliera borrosa la marca de Fairy Tail. Creo que agregaré un poco de info adicional.

Bueno, me tardé más de lo que dije, pero ahora sí. Vamos con la descripción de su magia:

Magia de Fuerza de Luz: El usuario utiliza el elemento luz para ofensiva y defensiva. A diferencia de la magia de luz tradicional, la luz generada puede hacerse sólida y tangible si el usuario lo requiere. Se potencia en gran medida por las emociones positivas fuertes, como la determinación por proteger a alguien. De igual modo, puede verse socavada si el usuario siente miedo o dudas.

Light Force – Barrier: Genera un escudo de luz sólida para defensa. Puede generar un muro de luz que solo bloquea ataques en una dirección (más fuerte pero deja vulnerable al usuario a recibir ataques en otra dirección), o una esfera que cubre en un cierto radio por todas las direcciones (cubre todos los ángulos pero es relativamente más débil). Además de defensa, también puede usarse para contención.

Light Force – Buster Cannon: Técnica ofensiva primaria. Ataca con un potente rayo de luz lanzado desde la palma de la mano. A diferencia de otros ataques de este tipo, el rayo puede golpear como si fuera un objeto sólido, haciéndolo más peligroso.

Light Force – Twin Buster Cannon: Igual al anterior, pero con ambas manos para incrementar la potencia. La fuerza de impacto es mucho mayor al combinar el poder de los dos rayos.

Light Force – Reflect Buster: Técnica de contraataque combinada de Barrier y Buster Cannon. El usuario espera hasta el último segundo para levantar un escudo que absorbe el ataque del enemigo, y utiliza su energía para disparar un Buster Cannon con el doble de fuerza del ataque original. Sin embargo, tiene un límite de cuanta energía puede absorber, y es inútil contra ataques físicos.

Light Force – Shinning Rain: Dispara una esfera de luz hacia el cielo, esta explota y se dispersa en una lluvia de dardos luminosos en el área cercana.

Light Force – Flash Bomb: Concentra energía de luz en ambas manos para formar una esfera y luego arrojarla contra el enemigo. Explota al impacto provocando además un efecto cegador que puede usarse como distracción para cubrir la retirada.

Light Force – Flash Gaizer: Concentra energía de luz en el puño, para luego golpear el suelo y generar una columna de luz alrededor. Tiene área de efecto en un radio de unos cinco metros en el suelo, pero la columna puede elevarse a gran altura dándole un mayor alcance vertical.

Light Force – Gauntlet: Enfoca energía de luz alrededor del puño y el antebrazo, creando una especie de guante a su alrededor. Incrementa la fuerza de impacto de los golpes, y actúa al mismo tiempo como protección. Usuarios avanzados pueden enfocar la energía en otras partes del cuerpo, como las piernas para incrementar la fuerza de las patadas, o incluso crear una armadura de cuerpo completo una vez que se alcanza el máximo nivel.

Light Force – Dash Burst: Básicamente es un Buster Cannon lanzado con los pies. Si bien puede utilizarse para atacar, su verdadero propósito es darle al usuario un pequeño impulso de velocidad al propulsarse con una pequeña explosión de energía de luz. Si se utiliza en el aire, el impulso le permite dar un doble salto para alcanzar mayor distancia o altura.

Light Force – Power Burst: El usuario entra en un estado que remueve sus limitaciones físicas normales, incrementando exponencialmente su fuerza, velocidad y resistencia físicas, además de potenciar sus ataques mágicos. Mientras está activo, el usuario emite un aura de energía luminosa, el pelo ondea hacia arriba y los ojos brillan. Utilizarlo implica un consumo de poder mágico casi constante, y el efecto posterior es un enorme agotamiento si se usa por demasiado tiempo. Tratar de forzarlo más allá del límite normal puede acortar la vida del usuario o incluso matarlo.

Light Force – Twin Dream: El usuario crea un clon de luz sólida que puede utilizar para atacar al enemigo. En nivel normal, el clon simplemente sigue los movimientos del usuario. En nivel avanzado el usuario puede permanecer inmóvil y controlar al clon para que se mueva de manera independiente. El clon se disipa al cabo de cierto tiempo o si recibe demasiado daño.

Equipamiento:

Espada Bringer: Una espada potenciada con una lácrima especial que canaliza la energía mágica del usuario hacia la hoja dándole diferentes propiedades según la afinidad elemental. Puede usarse  en combate de manera normal, pero su verdadero poder reside en que responde a la voluntad del usuario si este no quiere usar fuerza letal, en lugar de herir físicamente “daña” el poder mágico del oponente para impedirle que lo pueda utilizar bien al punto de suprimirlo o incluso sellarlo. Con la orden "Espada, llama a la luz" se potencia con magia de luz, ganando la capacidad de cortar casi cualquier cosa excepto ciertos materiales reforzados y barreras de energía mágica. Pueden disparar unas cuchillas de luz en forma de luna creciente para atacar a distancia, y repeler proyectiles mágicos.
